We are looking for an Architect (m/f/d) LPH 1-4 to join our office in Berlin (full-time, 40 hours a week) with immediate effect.
What you can expect
- Individual planning of demanding building construction projects in the area of residential, commercial and office real estate in LPH 1-4 HOAI
- Comprehensive needs analysis and basic evaluation with GF and asset management
- Creative and independent implementation of project requirements in architectural designs
- Participation in planning from preliminary planning to implementation planning, if necessary also in the awarding of contracts for industrial and administrative buildings
- Independent preparation of cost estimates
- Technical leadership of the planning team LPH 1-4 HOAI
- Interface management in planning LPH 1-4 with forward planning of the execution and utilization
- Coordination and integration of internal and external specialized planning
- Preparation of the complete documentation for planning applications
- Contact and negotiation partner for clients and authorities
Your profile
- Architecture degree
- Professional experience as an architect in a position of responsibility
- Flexibility and initiative
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Desirable skills: Software knowledge in ArchiCAD, MS Office and MS Project
