Site Manager (m/f/d), Berlin

We are looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) to join our office in Berlin (full-time, 40 hours a week) with immediate effect.

What you can expect

Your task for our properties in eastern Germany:

  • You will have partial or full responsibility for the complete process of site management in turnkey residential construction
  • You will organize and manage the structural renovation of a large amount of residential housing stock
  • You are familiar with tendering and awarding processes
  • Management of all construction measures to be carried out - deconstruction, new construction, structural renovation, conversion or renovation of the existing stock - Berlin and eastern German states
  • Representation of the building owner in dealings with the planners, tradespeople and authorities involved
  • Responsible for the budget
  • Coordination of assembly and site logistics schedules
  • Responsible for completing projects on schedule
  • Optimization of construction processes and coordination of planners and tradespeople
  • Management of construction site documentation
  • Compliance with quality and work safety guidelines
  • Measurement and invoicing of construction work
  • Acceptance of construction services in accordance with VOB and BGB legislation
  • Management of faults and defects
  • Consistent management of photo documentation
  • Regular reporting to department managers

Your profile

  • Professional experience in the field of building construction and building technology
  • You are familiar with tendering and awarding processes
  • Expertise in the preparation of tenders and service specifications
  • Knowledge of tendering programs
  • Sound knowledge of VOB and BGB legislation
  • Strong business sense and budget-conscious thinking
  • Good PC skills (including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
  • Willingness to take responsibility and enforce decisions
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
