Acquisition Profile

We acquire real estate in Berlin, the eastern German states, the Rhine-Main area as well as North Rhine-Westphalia and are interested in ongoing purchases. We prefer to buy residential and office properties for our own portfolio.

Part of our focus is on properties with development potential where, for example, a difficult or unclear legal situation, a suboptimal occupancy rate and/or outdated building materials with a maintenance backlog exist. We start working where others stop and use our intuition for successful value development.
