Riesaer Straße

The site in the Dresden-Pieschen district was established around the turn of the 20th century with a contiguous block of buildings belonging to Vereinigte Eschenbach'sche Werke AG and used as a production facility. From 1992 to 1995, the entire building complex was completely renovated in line with heritage building protection laws. This cost approx. €35 million and it was described in specialist journals as an extremely successful renovation project. The building sections have 4-5 floors throughout, a basement and a solid masonry construction. Since 2011, all technical equipment has been brought up to state-of-the-art standards.
